Warm up your voices!
We're going to celebrate the feast of St. Mary with a special Evening Prayer on Wednesday, August 19th at 7pm. The service will be joint with Old Durham. Kathy Doyle will put together another virtual choir piece for this service just like we did for Pentecost. The song will be 'Canticle of the Turning', a lovely Celtic-style setting of Mary's song, the Magnificat.
Click here for instructions and audio files. The piece is primarily a vocal piece, although there are guitar chords, and you can always get in touch with Kathy about the possibility of other instruments.
Please join us Sunday Morning at 10:00 am for a virtual Morning Prayer Service - click here to join via Zoom.
Please call/text Rev Robin (301.606.9247) or Tom (301.399.2778) for password
Please join us Wednesday Evenings at 7 pm a virtual Evening Prayer Service - click here to join via Zoom.
We have closed our doors! Yesterday (March11) Bishop Budde issued the following statement "I am directing that all public worship services and normal parish operations be cancelled within the Episcopal Diocese of Washington and parish buildings be closed for two weeks, effective Thursday March 12."
And now we are told to stay closed until May16!! (please read the letter below for more information)
Unfortunately, that means no Fish Fry, no Spring Dinner, no Spaghetti Dinner, no AA, no NA, and no Worship Services!
